After being approached by some of the larger names like Slack and Zoom, he joined Okta as the head of talent acquisition. Now, nine months later, he reflects on what drew him to this unique brand, and how he helped them transition from an organization with little operational structure, to a focused, scalable and process-driven company. “Thirty days in, I realized there was a lot of building to do.
